In Malaysia we have many type of FOOD!!! because Malaysian is the multicultural Country, In Malaysia we have Malay, Chinese, Indian and other racers. and me born as Malay people. and let me to exposed about Malaysian Culinary.
Malaysian food offers many tasty, gastronomical delights. The Immense variety of dishes that can be found in Malaysia.
Traditional Food In Malay Cuisine
- In Malaysia have many traditional food in Malay Culture, Nasi Lemak (Fragrance Coconut Rice), Laksa, Nasi Impit (Rice Cake), Rendang, Ayam Masak Merah (Chicken Spicy) and Etc.
- In Malay Cuisine also have appetizer what we call "Kerabu" and "Kerabu" and the other name is "JELATAH" mean is Salad, Many Variant Salad in Malay Cuisine and we have kerabu mangga (Mango Salad), Kerabu Pucuk Paku (Fern Leaf Salad) and Etc. In Malaysian Cuisine also have Deep Fried Appetizer we call Cucur Udang, Cucur Manis, Jemput-Jemput Pisang and Etc.
- In Malaysia Cuisine have hot dessert and cold dessert
- Hot Dessert : Bubur Kacang Hijau, Bubur Hitam, Pengat Pisang and Etc
- Cold Dessert: Ais Kacang, Cendol.
