Air Rebusan Pasta.

dalam Topik ini sahaja dalam Bahasa rojak hahaha first time in My life. hai semua dah lama kita Chef Khairullah tak update Malaysian Culinary punya blog... but anyway busy with work ... not have time to update this Blog!!!! sorry all ... but today dan hari ini nak share sikit about of the one yang u all tak tau pasal air rebusan ini ... and what i call about this air rebusan ini .. ialah Air Rebusan Pasta. 

kalo u all rebus pasta tu mesti ada yang buang air rebusan pasta tu dalam sinki kan??? tak payah bazirkan air rebusan pasta ini pun banyak kegunaanya juga cuz time korang nak buat Bolognese Sauce pun korang boleh tambah sikit air rebusan pasta ini dalam ramuan Bolognese sauce!!! hehehe jangan membazir lah air rebusan pasta. hehehehehe

ini lagi satu resepi yang mengunakan Air rebusan pasta.

Dough Pasta.

3 Cawan Tepung Gandum
2 Kuning Telur
1 Cubit Garam
2 Liter Air Rebusan Pasta.

Cara-cara:-
  • ambik bekas blander masuk kan kesemua bahan di atas dan blandkan 
  • kemudian satukan bahan yang di bland tadi
  • kemudian anyak lah dan buat lah bentuk pasta ikut cara kreativiti sendiri 
  • OKAY!!!! cuba jangan tak cuba ....

Simple Crispy Fried Chicken

today i like to share about my own recipe that i call that Simple Crispy Fried Chicken. It's not Kentucky Fried Chicken and it's Original Recipe from me!!!!...

Serve 3

Ingredient:-

3 Chicken Wing
4 Tbs wheat flour
1 Baking Powder

Method: Deep Fried

How To Make:


  • Mix together Wheat Flour and Baking Powder and Marinade the Chicken Wing
  • And rest the Marinade Chicken Wing for 2 or 3 Minute
  • After rest the Marinade Chicken Wing Deep Fried in the Frying Oil for 10 to 15 Minute 
  • Cook until Golden Yellow
  • Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce!!

    Introduction To Malaysian Culinary (Part `) Malay Cuisine

    hey you to over the world let me Chef Khairullah to introduce about Malaysian Culinary.

    for the firstly i want say Welcome! and SELAMAT DATANG! to Malaysian Culinary.

    In Malaysia we have many type of FOOD!!! because Malaysian is the multicultural Country, In Malaysia we have Malay, Chinese, Indian and other racers. and me born as Malay people. and let me to exposed about Malaysian Culinary.

    Malaysian food offers many tasty, gastronomical delights. The Immense variety of dishes that can be found in Malaysia.

    Traditional Food In Malay Cuisine


    1. In Malaysia have many traditional food in Malay Culture, Nasi Lemak (Fragrance Coconut Rice), Laksa, Nasi Impit (Rice Cake), Rendang, Ayam Masak Merah (Chicken Spicy) and Etc. 
    2. In Malay Cuisine also have appetizer what we call "Kerabu" and "Kerabu" and the other name is "JELATAH" mean is Salad, Many Variant Salad in Malay Cuisine and we have kerabu mangga (Mango Salad), Kerabu Pucuk Paku (Fern Leaf Salad) and Etc. In Malaysian Cuisine also have Deep Fried Appetizer we call Cucur Udang, Cucur Manis, Jemput-Jemput Pisang and Etc. 
    3. In Malaysia Cuisine have hot dessert and cold dessert 
    • Hot Dessert : Bubur Kacang Hijau, Bubur Hitam, Pengat Pisang and Etc
    • Cold Dessert: Ais Kacang, Cendol.
